RCPhotos_FineArtAmerica
I have a shot of a waterfall, zoomed to 3 separate images. When I File>New Panorama, the 3 images are shortened so as not to include the bottom of the waterfall. Is there an image size limitation? I am not worried yet about anything picture quality just yet. Staff Lee D Posted November 6, 2017 Staff Share Posted November 6, 2017 It's usually down to the images not having overlapping matching features for the app to detect and use in the panorama.
John Rostron
I would agree with Lee. The lower part of your waterfall is very poorly defined, with no background to speak of. You would probably do better to do it manually. Quote Windows 10, Affinity Photo 1.10.5 Designer 1.10.5 and Publisher 1.10.5 (mainly Photo), now ex-Adobe CC CPU: AMD A6-3670. RCPhotos_FineArtAmerica
John and Lee, you may be right, even though you cannot see but the top two images. The very bottom is even less contrasty, less detailed, less focused. I was just trying from photos as a practice. I'll take another run at it with better focus, thanks very much.
