Are you using Windows and bought our applications there? or the Affinity Designer Workbook? If now you do not have an Affinity Store account. Your Affinity Forum account is totally independent from the Affinity Store account. They are not linked in any way. If you are a Mac user you have to go to the Welcome Screen, click the Claim Now button in the freebies offer page (which will redirect you to the Affinity Store) and fill in your details to create a new account and complete the freebies "order". You should then be able to download them through your new account. Let me know if you still have trouble.
