Sebastian Bille
I have exactly the same problem. For me it started when I updated to 1.6.6 and then installed the Google nik plugins in _photoshop_. Afterwards I wanted to add the plugins to affinity as well and when I clicked on "settings" -> "photoshop plugins" it crashed. Now it crashes immediately every time when I just click on settings. I am using a MacBook 15" late 2014. -Sebastian
Staff MEB Posted November 4, 2017 Staff Share Posted November 4, 2017 Hi Herbjul, Sebastian Bille, Welcome to Affinity Forums Please do the following: press and hold ⌃(ctrl) while launching the application from the Launchpad or Applications Folder, leave only Clear User Defaults ticked in the dialog that will open, then press Clear. Let me know if you still have trouble after doing it. A Guide to Learning Affinity Software | Affinity Quick Reference
Michael Sill
I have the same issue. Affinity crashes when I press plug ins. ^(ctrl) did not work. Very frustrating!
