If you are referring to applying correct white balance to a RAW image, well the Develop Persona has a White Balance slider. However, if you want precise white balance from a white balance card there is a tool on the left side of the Develop Persona to select a part of your image to get the white balance from. Works really well!

How do you master white balance and especially using Affinity Photo, it seems very subjective.  Is the correct white balance measurable?

Ideally, you would photograph a white/grey card when taking pictures and measure that. There is a picker tool in the Develop Persona, as rainwilds says, and there is also one in the White Balance adjustment layer. Drag either to a known white or neutral grey point and Photo should balance your image for you.

However, it is not uncommon to "warm" photos up a bit, Which immediately throws everything out of balance.

As you say, it is a bit subjective.

Windows PCs. Photo and Designer, latest non-beta versions.

Is there a method to set the Kelvin temperature rather than using the sliders?
