JohnM
In Page Plus I can fade a photo from top to bottom using the Transparency Tool. How do I do this in Affinity Photo. Thanks
toltec
Apply a mask layer and drag the Gradient tool across the mask. Do it left to right, top to bottom, whatever. P.S. It is transparent, but I saved it as a JPEG to upload it, so lost the transparency. Save as a PNG. Quote Windows PCs. Photo and Designer, latest non-beta versions. carl123
Add a Fill Layer, add a Gradient to the Fill Layer, set the Opacity of one end of the Gradient to zero Then drag the Fill layer into the image layer to use it as a mask This way the Gradient remains editable Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum.
