Freehand sélection always reverts to former stoke

Recommended Posts

I am having an issue with the Freehand brush.

If I go in the textured brushes and select a stroke it does not do that stroke.

I have to select the stroke again and then it converts the line to the selected stroke.

I have to repeat this for every stroke because it always reverts to the default stroke.

How can I select a stroke and have it use that stroke ?

Thank.

The texture must be selected befor the stroke is made.

Select the vector brush. Then select the desired texture. Pick a color. Them make the stroke. The texture will remain for following strokes, until another texture is chosen before a stroke.

What exactly do you mean by "freehand brush"? Do you maybe mean the Free hand Selection Tool in the Affinity Designer Pixel Persona, or something else?
