Changing a wood colour to make it all uniform

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to edit the wood at the front of a building to help make it all appear the same colour.

Due to weathering, the wood has a different colour throughout the building, with some parts even looking very dark and grey.

Any ideas on what is the best practice to create the desired result?
