at a complete loss - where is my drawing?

Recommended Posts

The color blotches are the palette I have to work with so you can ignore them. They are all filled rectangles and grouped together.

I drew the bottom reindeer (the one that is invisible) and it looked fine. So I went on to draw the next one (top). Both are set the same - layers=passthrough, assorted brush #4 - no fill, stroke at black 1.9pt

How come when I got done with the second one, the first one is invisible? No matter what I try, it is still invisible. What would cause this?

totally perplexed.

oops. operator error.

Somehow the group it is in got within another group that was turned off.

I guess I need to remember to use "release" rather than try to drag and drop the layer groups into a higher place in the layers like I am used to.

Using "release" fixed the problem instantly.

Geesh.

learning curve. :)
