beanradio
Hello, What is the most efficient way to accomplish the following: (1) Create/refine a selection (2) Make an adjustment to it (3) Be able to go back and apply other adjustments to the same selection later on #3 is where I'm struggling. Thanks for your patience in helping a newbie.
beanradio
Also, what is the difference between the following- - Creating a selection, going back to the Photos persona, two-finger tapping the selection and clicking Duplicate - Creating a selection, click Refine Selection icon, selecting "Layer" as Output, then clicking the check mark - Creating a selection, click Refine Selection icon, selecting "New Layer with Mask" as Output, then clicking the check mark Thank you again, Brian
beanradio
Perhaps the Moderator has some thoughts here? Otherwise really enjoying learning (the basics!) and grateful to have discovered AP for iPad. Plus it’s great to see a decent number of bugs fixed in 1.6.5 Regards, Brian

Staff Leigh Posted October 20, 2017 Staff Share Posted October 20, 2017 (1) Create/refine a selection This video should help: Selection Refinement (Affinity Photo iPad) (2) Make an adjustment to it Once you have your selection you can select an Adjustment to be applied to the selection: Adjustments (Affinity Photo iPad) (3) Be able to go back and apply other adjustments to the same selection later on You could save your selections as a Spare Channel for later use: Storing Channels as Selections (Affinity Photo iPad) Hope this helps!
