WLarsen Posted October 4, 2017 Share Posted October 4, 2017 Does anyone know why Affinity designer doesn't let me preview a svg-file before opening it with Affinity designer? I am aware that previewing an svg file in Windows Explorer is not possible unless a special extension is installed in the PC. It would be really nice though if the "Open File"-dialogue box in AD would let me preview svg's. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Staff DWright Posted October 5, 2017 Staff Share Posted October 5, 2017 Hi WLarsen, On Windows the only way to show a preview of the SVG file in the Designer open dialogue is to use a SVG extension, I personally use the dssee extensions and this gives me a preview of both SVG and AFDESIGN files.
