gvdesign Posted September 24, 2017 Share Posted September 24, 2017 Hey everyone, In AP's export persona, I adjusted the preset under export options to JPEG (high quality) from the standard JPEG preset. Consequently an "updating file" message has popped up and hasn't gone away for a day now. This was a project transferred from AD so I am able to re-edit, however I would prefer not to. Any solutions? gvdesign Posted September 24, 2017 Author Share Posted September 24, 2017 I have done a force quit and reverted back to what I had before, but the reason I was trying to change the preset before was because when switching to export persona my raster image became blurry. Sorry about this, disregard the above question as there is no need anymore, however this blurriness has been a recurring problem.
