Although the iPad Mini 4 does fulfill the hardware requirements to run the app, its physical screen size makes it hard to use with Affinity Photo.

Isn't the screen part of the harddware? stirthepot.gif

Found this for you, as you seem to need it.

Hi Tanka,

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

Hi meb, thanks. sorry for the insistence but if the system is compatible and the screen is the only drawback could you release the use on ipad mini 4 to give our opinion?
after all they are only 1.8 inches less than the ipad pro  _/\_

A 9.7-inch screen with a 4:3 aspect ratio has an area of 45 square inches. A 7.9-inch screen with the same shape has an area of only 30 square inches: a huge difference!

Edited to add: A 12.9-inch screen has an area of nearly 80 square inches.

Hi Tanka,

We already made some adjustments to the UI on the 9.7 iPad to ensure the controls have a proper size and are easy to operate compared to the 12.9 iPad. If the dev team opted for not supporting the Mini (7.9 inches) it's because they found the size constraints would compromise the usability of the app. It's unlikely it will be supported any time soon, sorry.
