norgear Posted September 22, 2017 Share Posted September 22, 2017 Yesterday I purchased Affinity Photo for my ipad pro 12.9 inch with ios 11 and the download process would not complete. On the home screen there is an Affinity photo icon with the message "Loading..." under it and this status was maintained for at least 4 hours until the unit was turned off last night. Today the display was unaltered when switched back on, if I touch the icon the display changes to "Paused" and if touched again "Loading..." resumes. You may want to delete the app by press down and holding until the icons begin to shake and tap the X in the corner. I would also make sure the App Store app isn't running and then reopen, tap on the account icon and then tap Purchased. Locate Affinity Photo in the list and tap the cloud icon to download.
