Nic727
Hi, How to get the same space between objects/images? It doesn't seem to snap at the same position. Thank you
Staff MEB Posted September 20, 2017 Staff Share Posted September 20, 2017 Hi Nic727, Welcome to Affinity Forums Go to menu View ▸ Snapping Manager... and make sure you have Snap to object bounding boxes and Snap to gaps and sizes checked. Press and hold ⇧ (shift) to move the images along the X axis and they should snap to the same distances as the first gap between the first two images. gdenby
You may also want to look at the distribute function. One may distribute elements from a selection evenly by centers or edges. Using the Alignment widget, one may enter a specific spacing for distribution. Distribution worked w. alignment can quickly give regular positions to object dropped onto the canvas free hand.
