I have a ipad pro 12.9 and ipencil. what can i do to get the program running. I can't find a tech support phonenumber anywhere. This is a disappointing way to start. Where are you opening a photo from and if it's a RAW file, is the camera make and model on the supported list. Support for Affinity apps is handled through this forum. I also have a canon 50d, but none of the pic I tried to load r from that camera. but the 50d is on the list you gave me a link to. I think something is wrong with the software I downloaded. Staff Lee D Posted September 15, 2017 Staff Share Posted September 15, 2017 Which version of iOS are you running on your iPad and are the images stored on the iPad within your Photos app or on a cloud service? pattyali Posted September 16, 2017 Author Share Posted September 16, 2017 ok deleted the program, reinstalled the program, still freezes when i try to open photos, I force quit app, and relaunch then reopen same photo and it works.
