Staff stokerg Posted September 13, 2017 Staff Share Posted September 13, 2017 Hi Partiesbycindy, I've just tried this on the Gold Master release of IOS 11 and the latest Beta of Affinity Photo and had no issues importing from cloud. Are you just getting a screen that says it's opening the image but doesn't progress any further? If so this is a known issue with the Release build of Affinity and has been fixed in the latest Beta. Partiesbycindy Posted September 13, 2017 Author Share Posted September 13, 2017 I installed the beta and am running ios11 on ipad pro 2017. I cant import any files from Dropbox. I click on import from icloud then choose dropbox and have tried all different files types even files created and saved as affinity. After some trial and error I found that if I transfer the dropbox files to my icloud files, choose icloud insteads of dropbox then choose the transfered files they open like normal. bumz Posted September 13, 2017 Share Posted September 13, 2017 I have the same issue. Running the App Store version of Affinity Photo on the beta of iOS 11. Can not load my photo from dropbox. I am unable to select then copy, the selected arra disappears before I can copy it. Then I try to selct area again and it doesnt selct anything. There was a few important changes. Please update it and try again.
