Expand number of colours that can be targeted – Affinity Photo

Hi,

 

Ability to target more colours with the various colour selection tools (e.g. HSL and Selective Colour) in the Raw and Photo personas.

 

Orange

Aqua

Purple

 

Additionally ‘Select > Select Colour Range’ –  add cyan, magenta, yellow, orange, aqua and purple.

 

Would there be any benefit of adding these extra colours to the ‘Curves’ and ‘Levels’ commands as well?

As a recent switcher to Affinity Photo, I am really missing the ability to target Orange. I am surprised by the limited selection.

there are many very good suggestions and references (since years) to well established other software solutions and yeah...can only agree

 

extra colors in the levels/ channels would not make much sense as they represent the color channels of the respective color format
