JASN
Many time I close my laptop lid and open it again I find Affinity Designer with a black background. It appears as though it has had some sort of display glitch. I can't remove it unless I restart the program. Any solutions out there? See picture for example. Staff Lee D Posted September 13, 2017 Staff Share Posted September 13, 2017 Hi Jasn, Welcome to the forums. Can you check if OpenGL is being used by opening Preferences > Performance, if so try unchecking. You may also want to try our latest customer beta to see if this resolves the issue, this can be installed alongside your purchased version.
