Rotating brush and stylus

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I'm using DUAB Concept Tools PRO brushes that should have rotation jitter according to my Wacom stylus rotation angle. BUT I don't see this in action. The brush tip stays in only one angle. Do I have to activate rotation jitter from somewhere?

Wacom diagnostics shows that the pen tilt is recognised.

Thanks!

Please refer to this post:

All Wacom pens support Tilt (that Affinity splits correctly into Tilt and Angle )

Only Wacom Art Pen support Rotation (which is basically pen's barrel rotation, so shape rotation).

So as I understand it, the Affinity Tilt & Angle "split" he is talking about correspond to the "X Tilt" & "Y Tilt" values shown in your Wacom Diagnostics screenshot, but according to that your pen does not support rotation sensing (rotation is greyed out & has no value), so no brush will respond to rotational changes of your pen.

Is there a way to make the cursor dynamic to actually see which angle the brush tip is?

I have no idea. I just remembered reading Paolo Limoncelli's post & found the link to it. (I don't even own a graphics tablet.)
