Flamingo
Hello everyone, I have a rather technical question about recording Affinity Designer. I am trying to record my work process using a screen recorder and i have an issue. Playing with highly detailed or "heavy" layers causes them to flickers as they appear or disppear. It looks like the layers are split into big squares that appear as the layer loads. This seems to me as hardware issue, and i would appreciate some advice regarding upgrades to my pc. I am currantly running: i5-6600 3.30 GHz 16gb ram Will a better cpu solve this issue? Thank you very much!
gdenby
i''m running a machine w just about the same specs. "Heavy" layers do take some time to finish redrawing. While I would never pass up the chance to upgrade my hardware, budget allowing, I think you might improve your captures by editing out the lag frames from the capture stream. anon1
you can try the latest beta version which is supposed to improve performance a bit cpu seems to be fine maybe try another screen recorder if the redraw issues only occur during recording cheera
