Gabi
Hello, do I understand this in the right manner? All the features and tools of Affinity Photo for the desktop are also available in the iPad variant? So I could see with the test version for the desktop, whether the iPad variant is suitable for me?Greetings from Berlin Gabi
Staff DWright Posted September 8, 2017 Staff Share Posted September 8, 2017 The iPad versions as all the main features of the desktop version apart from a few such as batch processing, you can sign up the beta version of the iPad version by following the instructions on this post

As I understand it, there is no trial version for the iPad, and I think what Gabi is asking is whether she will be able to use the desktop trial version to see if the iPad version might suit her needs. Staff Chris B Posted September 11, 2017 Staff Share Posted September 11, 2017 Hi Gabi, If you haven't found it already, here is a link to the desktop trial. As DWright said, there are one or two missing features from the iPad version but you will be able to get a good feel for the app, and see if it is for you. The biggest difference is the UI as we have developed the iPad's own unique UI for both portrait and landscape modes. Gabi
Hi, Thank you for your answers. I have bought the program for my iPad now and am totally excited. Since no iPad app from Adobe can keep up. Finally I can draw correctly with my iPad and save the files as PSD. Great!!!! Now I just hope that it will not take long before you can also buy Affitiy Designer for the iPad.
