johnfaires Posted September 6, 2017 Share Posted September 6, 2017 Hey, Forgive me if I’m missing something very obvious, but I can’t seem to get the colour picker to work with the layer fx tools.im specifically trying to do a colour overlay. I’ve used the picker correctly, and when I select the colour studio I’m able to see the desired colour. But when I select the colour overlay tool, there doesn’t appear to be any way to drag, or use that colour. You can have the colour studio and layer fx studio open at the same time that I can find either. Staff DWright Posted September 7, 2017 Staff Share Posted September 7, 2017 Hi johnfaires, Welcome to the forum To use the colour that you selected with the picker goto swatches and click on the 'add to current palette' icon and this will add the picked colour to the swatches and then in the colour overlay you can select it from the swatches drop down when you click on the colour box Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
johnfaires Posted September 8, 2017 Author Share Posted September 8, 2017 When I select the colour option, I only have the sliders. I don’t see any swatches. What am I missing?
