Care to mention the file size and the machines physical RAM?

There's a huge amount of texture stuff going on there, @Dazmondo77! Was there a particular reason why you left the stalk looking so smooth? :/

It was just an experiment really, just to see how easy it would be to produce a vector apple so never got around to doing the stalk
