PagePlus replacement, Publisher - release date yet?

Hi Hal,
Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
Affinity Publisher is not a replacement for PagePlus. It a new desktop publishing app created entirely from scratch. It will not cover all functionality/features currently offered by PagePlus in its first version. There's no eta yet but we will release the Beta as soon as possible (it will be announced here and on social media).

I really hope that the "split" function will be there.
When making a broschure I started with 4-8 pages and then extend with 4 new pages inside the first created pages.
The original first page and last will always be the first and last regardless what I do between.
