Hi Mr. K,

You are unable to edit the Document properties in the macro once it is set the only setting that can be change is the Width and Height option in the Batch Job screen, to alter the Page Unit you will need to untick the current recorded option and then record a new one.

Kind of what I figured. Seems the best solution is to delete and create a new macro. It would be nice if there was a way to edit these.

By that do you mean that by unticking that or any other step in a macro it is possible to somehow use the remaining steps to create/record a new macro?

If so, how is this done? If not, is there any point in unticking a step instead of just starting over with a new macro, as Mr. K suggests?

One macro can call another macro.

So if you have a complex macro and you have stuff you want to change at the beginning, just deselect those options, save to a new macro name  (let's call it highlights2), then create a new macro, record the stuff for the beginning steps (those you wanted to change) then the final command in this macro is to run the highlights2 macro
