AdrianKLægreid
Hii! I am not quite sure if this is supposed to be reported as a bug or if I am just doing it wrong, but I am posting here just to be sure. I am currently using the newest beta version (1.1.2.22384) and I can't seem to be able to use stroke pressure from the stroke palette (meny?). I am appearently able to apply pressure by other means like velocity and tweak them in the stroke panel
AdrianKLægreid
It only on one file and the problem is only applying to strokes created with the new beta. On further investigation, it seems to pick its victims at random within the file.
Staff MEB Posted February 5, 2015 Staff Share Posted February 5, 2015 It's working fine for me. Can you post the file that's giving you problems (just the shape is enough)? Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software

AdrianKLægreid
Its apparently only applying to the stroke by the blue sphere and all objects created after that... Its fine on all the rocket parts, which was created before the blue sphere.
Staff MattP Posted February 12, 2015 Staff Share Posted February 12, 2015 Hi Adrian, Click on the line around your planet, apply a pressure profile in the stroke panel and then click the 'properties' button on the stroke panel... notice that the line is set to have 0% size variance with pressure - you need to increase this number in order to allow it to vary size with pressure :) Hope that helps, Matt EDIT: I suspect your default line now has this '0% size variance' property set on it, hence all things you create from now will get this property. To set the default line, just make sure you have no selection, then start changing the properties of the line that you want to set :)
