Andreas Schrader
As we see more and more user switch to Affinity products, we would like to be able to create Thumbnails and Previews using an automated server process. For most image formats our system uses ImageMagick. Is there any solution? Not necessarily ImageMagick.
Staff stokerg Posted August 14, 2017 Staff Share Posted August 14, 2017 Hi Andreas, I'm not aware of any program that is able to read our native files and display a preview of it. The only way i can see to do something like this, would be to export the design as a JPG to the same folder you are saving the .afdesign file in. Then ImageMagick would be able to show the preview of the JPG.
gr8rck
I was able to find a codec add-in that so far seems to work perfectly for displaying a lot of thumbnail types in a windows machine and affinity designer and affinity photo files are both working. I'm in the trial mode and so far so good. https://www.fastpictureviewer.com/codecs/ Thanks, Ryan. gary danang
