Staff MEB Posted August 8, 2017 Staff Share Posted August 8, 2017 Hi 2worlds, Welcome to Affinity Forums Do you have Adobe Sketch installed on your iPad? There's a bug that prevents Affinity Photo from importing .abr files when Adobe Sketch is installed. If you remove it you should then be able to import .abr files. This issue is already logged to be looked at. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
Dash
I had Adobe Sketch installed, but after uninstalling upon importing it says “downloading from iCloud” for a split second but nothing actually imports. Anything I am missing?
Staff MEB Posted August 14, 2017 Staff Share Posted August 14, 2017 Hi Dash, Welcome to Affinity Forums The Sketch issue was already fixed for the next retail update. Regarding the brushes you are trying to import, are you sure they are not vector brushes (which can only be imported by Affinity Designer)? Can you attach them here or provide a link to a file sharing/cloud service so i can check them? 2worlds
They are Abr files but I'm not deleting sketch so I will wait for the next update.
