Gear maker Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 My curiosity has won out, so I have to ask... In the set of panels on the right, Color, Layers and Transform the cursor is always an arrow except over the trashcan it changes to a double ended arrow. This usually means that it's a two way operation. I can delete a layer, can I also resurrect a layer from this? If not what is the reason for the cursor change? iMac (27-inch, Late 2009) with macOS Sierra
Staff MEB Posted February 4, 2015 Staff Posted February 4, 2015 I don't see any cursor change, unless you're refering to the arrow to resize the entire Affinity window (it appears near the trash icon because it is close to the edge of the app window). A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
Gear maker Posted February 4, 2015 Author Posted February 4, 2015 I have not been able to take a screen capture with the cursor. During my attempts I find that it only does it in Separated mode (which is what I always use). Finally got a video showing it. All versions have had it, in Separated Mode. iMac (27-inch, Late 2009) with macOS Sierra
Staff MEB Posted February 4, 2015 Staff Posted February 4, 2015 That's the cursor to resize the Layers panel. If you change to the Effects or Styles panels for example you will see that it appears as well. It's not related with the trash icon itself. A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
Gear maker Posted February 4, 2015 Author Posted February 4, 2015 Ohhhh :o , I see it whenever I use the trashcan! Thanks MEB for clearing it up. iMac (27-inch, Late 2009) with macOS Sierra
