Daisybug
Hi, very new to the forum, I am looking for a replacement to Adobe, I like what I read so far about affinity, enough to be doing the free trail soon. However, are you going to be Introducing an iPad version that interacts with the desktop version as the Adobe apps do? TBH this is the only reason i use Adobe at present as it crashes or freezes constantly on my desktop. Or will you need to save the file to your cloud eg Dropbox, and then open in desktop/app as appropriate. Either way is user friendly me thinks. If so, what is the launch timeline? I'm looking for real time launch expectations not just a "yep it's in the pipeline" Sorry if you have already answered this but as I said new here. thanks in Advance Daisy
Staff Callum Posted July 29, 2017 Staff Share Posted July 29, 2017 Hi Daisy, We are making an Affinity Designer for iPad but unfortunately I can't give you an ETA Affinity Photo uses the Cloud / DropBox method so I would expect Designer to work the same however I cant say for certain. Thanks Callum Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
