Shinry
Good day! I recently started designing a few logos, icons and random illustrations. Being (a little) used to work with Paint.net, Krita and Gimp, discovering Affinity Designer is a huge thing for me. There's so much to learn, even more to improve at my own skills, but I hope I can get to a level I feel good with. Non the less I'd like to share a bit of it with you and maybe get some tipps. Currently I'm always starting with basic shapes, though I want to draw more once my tablet arrives. For textures I used the Frankentoon brushes. Staff MEB Posted July 27, 2017 Staff Share Posted July 27, 2017 Hi Shinry, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) You're off to a great start. Keep them coming :) You're already probably aware, but you can find a complete set of video tutorials here. There's also a few more books, third-party training videos, and written tutorials listed here (Affinity designer section on top). Thanks for sharing. eejits
Yeah! This is awesome, love the texture-y feel to this guy. The three layers also add depth. Great work.
