Hi,

Could someone shed some light on this for me?

I have followed the tutorial on greyscale blending and have come across the following problem. I follow all processes and then, when I click /drag the new greyscale pixel layer into the Apply Image Filter Interface and click 'equation' the new 'greyscale layer' is not displayed, the original 'background layer has not been replaced, I therefore cannot bring back the colours using the equations.

Have I set it up incorrectly?

Many Thanks

Simon R

Hi Simon R

This seems to be working fine for me here. After selecting a channel to use can you ensure that all channels are visible again, this can be done by clicking the reset button on the channels panel. If all the channels are not displayed you may not be getting the visial result you expect

Cheers

Hi Chris,

Many thanks for the response, I have resolved the issue overnight, and error on my part, I didn't highlight the original background layer to activate the replaced greyscale layer...hope that makes sense!!

Kind Regards
