Create Stamp from Image, how?

Placez la photo, dessinez sur elle un rectangle sans remplissage de la taille du timbre. Dessinez un cercle de la taille d'un encoche et positionnez-le à cheval sur le le haut du côté gauche du rectangle, à l'endroit de la première encoche. Copiez et coller ce cercle sur lui-même autant de fois que nécessaire pour couvrir le côté gauche du rectangle.

Avec le bouton "Organiser" dans la barre du haut, choisissez "Aligner verticalement", désélectionnez "Répartition auto" et tapez dans la fenêtre la valeur de l'écart entre les encoches (ou réglez visuellement avec la glissière).

Groupez les cercles et alignez-les verticalement avec le rectangle. Copiez ensuite les cercles et collez-les sur le côté droit du rectangle.

Collez à nouveau les cercles, faites-les pivoter vers la gauche et placez-les sur le trait supérieur du rectangle, supprimer les cercles en trop et alignez horizontalement avec le rectangle.

Dupliquez les cercles du haut et les copier sur le trait du bas.

Sélectionnez l'ensemble et dégroupez tout.

Avec l'ensemble sélectionné, faites une opération booléenne "Soustraire".

Dans les calques, glissez la photo dans la courbe (la forme du timbre) jusqu'à obtenir un rectangle bleu allongé en bas et à droite de la vignette de la courbe.

Place the photo, draw on it a rectangle without filling the size of the stamp. Draw a circle the size of a notch and position it astride the top of the left side of the rectangle, at the location of the first notch.

Copy and paste this circle on itself as many times as necessary to cover the left side of the rectangle. With the "Organize" button in the top bar, choose "Align vertically", deselect "Auto distribution" and type in the value of the gap between the notches (or adjust visually with the slide).

Group the circles and align them vertically with the rectangle. Then copy the circles and paste them on the right side of the rectangle. Re-paste the circles, rotate them to the left, place them on the top line of the rectangle, remove the circles and align horizontally with the rectangle.

Duplicate the top circles and copy them to the bottom line. Select the set and ungroup everything. With the selected set, perform a "Subtract" Boolean operation. In layers, drag the photo into the curve (the shape of the stamp) until you get an elongated blue rectangle at the bottom and right of the curve thumbnail. I hope to be clear enough.

There are multiple ways to do this. Attached is an example of two of them, using a screen grab of your photo (so it is small) & a copied, pasted, & resized "Path6076" layer from your svg file (so it fits the dimensions of the stamp frame outline in your photo).

 

For the mask layer method, first fill the Path layer with black & then drag & drop it on the thumbnail (important!) of the photo layer. Move & resize as necessary.

 

For the clipping layer method, drag the Photo layer just below & a little to the right (important!) of the Path layer until you get a horizontal blue bar that is indented slightly & drop it there. You can set the stroke width and/or color of the path layer as you wish if you want the stamp border to show up.

 

Both methods are non-destructive -- the photo layer is still full sized.
