LousyWeather
Hello there, maybe anyone can help me with this: I have a lot of photos I would like to use in a screen presentation. Therefore, I would like to reduce the resolution to 72 dpi in a batch process. But I can't figure out how to do that. I've tried to record a macro setting the new document parameters through Document > Change Document Size > Setting DPI to 72 dpi. I started the batch process with that macro, applied it to the images in question, got the results - but nothing happened to the images. The resolution remains the same. Is there any other way to do that? Thanks in advance! Oliver
JFisher
Hi LousyWeather and welcome to the forum Would it be possible to export and upload the macro here so I can test this with a few images? I am unable to replicate this problem on my end.

JFisher
Thanks for providing the file :) This seems to be working fine, There's a known issue preventing the DPI to be correctly set for images with metadata included. When exporting, press the More button and uncheck Embed metadata.
