Alexed
Hey all, Im currently making the move from photoshop to Affinity Photo. Thankfully, im still very much a beginner in PS so I'm not losing out on much in terms of having to relearn stuff. Photoshoppig is mostly something I like to do for fun - I'm usually more into the illustration side of things (Web and UI) so this is more of a hobby. My question - where do you guys gather your source images from? I enjoy making compilations or experimenting with things like double exposure tutorials ect, but spend 75% of my time looking for images that I'll actually be able to cut out from/that seem suitable. Half the time this ends up in a trashed project too :( Regards, Alex

R C-R
For practice & experimentation I sometimes use a collection of images I saved over the years that came with various apps I bought, like Photoshop Elements version 2 "Stock Art," some ancient version of Adobe Pagemill, & such. Since they are copyrighted & have licensing restrictions, I avoid using them for anything I post or otherwise share with others, & I don't even save the results after working on them in Affinity Photo, but for this purpose that isn't an issue.
