Vulturem Posted July 9, 2017 Share Posted July 9, 2017 ...seems to be so simple in the facebook-video: the user just turns the iPad to use the other orientation... maybe i'm silly... but i don't get it (and no - i didn't fix the orientation of the iPad itself - other apps work fine). any help? tx... Staff Lee D Posted July 10, 2017 Staff Share Posted July 10, 2017 Hi Vulturem, Welcome to the forum. Make sure you're running the current version from the iOS App Store. Also double check to make sure the orientation lock isn't enabled in the Control Centre, this is the only setting that can effect portrait mode as the app itself doesn't have a toggle.
