Skap Posted July 6, 2017 Share Posted July 6, 2017 Hi, I accidentally deleted the natural tone mapping preset. I have tried reinstalling Affinity by moving it into the trash from applications and then deleting the trash. Then I download a new file from the Aps page. However when I open the program the Natural Tone Mapping preset is still not there. I have tried this a few times and the Natural preset has not returned. Can anyone help? Staff MEB Posted July 6, 2017 Staff Share Posted July 6, 2017 Hi Skap, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Do the following: press and hold ⌃(ctrl) while launching the app (from the apps folder or Launchpad), then tick de last box (Reset Tone Map Presets) from the dialog that will open (remove the ticks from the others three on top) and press the Clear button.
