Alfred
Press the Ctrl key on your keyboard, keep it held down while you launch the app, and continue to hold it down until the 'Clear User Data' dialog appears. Now release the Ctrl key, press the 'Select All' button and then press 'Clear'. Alfred
Just to confirm: did you press 'Select All' before pressing 'Clear' in the dialog that popped up? Quote Alfred Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for Windows • Windows 10 Home/Pro Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for iPad • iPadOS 17.3.1 (iPad 7th gen)
Squirlian
Actually, I held down CTRL and started the program and it stopped at the same error message.... It didn't get to a "select All or a Clear"
Staff Leigh Posted July 2, 2017 Staff Share Posted July 2, 2017 Your issue could be related to this .NET issue mentioned in the following thread: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/42354-error-code-0x80131534-after-affinity-photo-installation/
