Appstore user Affinity Website Account

Hi Affinity,

I bought the mac version in the Apple App Store for OSX.

I do not have an affinity account and can not create one. How can I login to affinity because I am an affinity user?

Hi Flyingfox,

 

These accounts are only for managing Windows purchases, as you have purchased the Mac version your purchase is managed through the Mac App Store and is tied to your Apple ID.

I've not had anyone report this issue before. As the problem you are having is with the Mac App Store itself I recommend contacting the Mac App Store Support team to see if they have any suggestions for you. You should be able to contact them below.

Do you mean the Mac App Store app does not open or that the entries for the two Affinity apps won't open or can't be found?
