Bezier point looks and behavior

Recommended Posts

Having an option to adjust the control points display size is not only good but a must.

Different people like different size. So, it should not be "set in stone" or, in programming lingo, it should not be set as a constant ;-)

If I may be so bold as to reference another app, my main working app is Cinema 4D. In it, I can adjust the size of the control points/vertexes from 0 (invisible) to around 10, if memory serves me right. Of course, 0 (invisible) is not desirable in Affinity Designer. But being able to adjust from 1 (showing all types as simple pixels) to 10 or some large enough values would be great.

in addition to the point-issues: would it be possible to add the feature to reposition a just drawn point by holding the CMD-key?

Freehand had this feature and I miss it a lot in Illustrator.

Furthermore I'd like to adapt the GUI to a clean white version, the dark is very distracting.

(In Adobe CC you can revert to the "old" look too, to my opinion it's much more comfortable)

I'm not sure what you mean? Everything in Affinity is live and there are 3 different pen modes available from the context toolbar - does one of the other modes do what you're thinking of?

If not, is there any chance you could describe the interaction? :)

Thanks,

Matt
