10157 Posted June 21, 2017 Share Posted June 21, 2017 I'm using Windows 7. Since the last Windows update, I can't open neither Designer nor Photo. When I go and try to open, both, Designer and Photo, they don't open, instead this message comes up: " An Unhandled Exception has occurred and the application cannot continue. The Crash Reporter will be displayed after the application exits. Code: 0x80131534." Has anybody experienced this? What's the solution? Thank you!
