DonS Posted June 18, 2017 Share Posted June 18, 2017 In Serif Photoplus you could use filter to help make cartoon characters, Pencil drawing and etc. I have not been successful in turning a Photo into a Cartoon Character. I would like to see a Video if possible or not see how it is done by showing the steps. I have seen the videos on Carritures and enjoy them. Heres a list of 10 http://www.zdwired.com/online-convert-photos-in-to-cartoon-effects/ If you do a lot, there are stand alone programs (quite cheap) like below, where they give you lots of options and do a very good job. http://www.cartoonize.net They do a free trial Alfred 1 Quote Windows PCs. FX Cartoonizer has one really good filter and is garbage in other aspects - Usability, performance & stability. Some Android apps like "Cartoon Photo" also come with nice filters, but have other problems. Free websites do add nasty watermarks. And there is a lack of good tutorials for this.
