cweed1955 Posted June 17, 2017 Share Posted June 17, 2017 i have the new iPad Pro and when I try to open file from cloud storage it just gives me iCloud as option and I do not have the Locations button on the top left of the interface. Staff MEB Posted June 18, 2017 Staff Share Posted June 18, 2017 Hi cweed1955, All cloud services should appear listed in the Locations button if the corresponding app is installed and you should be able to toggle them on/off as you see fit, however in this case Amazon Prime doesn't get listed there. I suppose it's an issue with the app itself - all other known cloud services seem to be working correctly - but i'm still not sure what's going on here. Are you able to access the Amazon Prime from other apps that use the same iCloud Drive screen to select files?
