Shikkitta
I want to create a logo similar to the one I have attached below. I am having a hard time figuring out how to make the text at the bottom of the circle not be upside down. I don't want the circle to have text all around. I want the bottom portion to kind of "hang" from the path so it can all be read right side up. A Any tips or tutorials you could point me to? Staff MEB Posted June 14, 2017 Staff Share Posted June 14, 2017 Hi Shikkitta, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) There's no image attached but from you description this should be what you are looking for: Select the circle, then go to menu Layer ▹ Convert to text path. This will place the text controls exactly on the each side of the circle (the orange triangles). Type the text (for the upper part of the circle) and center it using the text alignment buttons on the context toolbar. Then press Enter to start typing the text for the bottom part of the circle. Use the Baseline controls on the context toolbar to adjust the bottom text position (offset) in relation to the path. Note that the text-on-a-path feature is only available in Affinity Designer.
