It would be great to be able to make that line curved, fx. using handles like when making normal curves. Then the gradients could be made move organic or follow curved shapes. Staff MattP Posted January 20, 2015 Staff Share Posted January 20, 2015 I'll have a look at it one day - in the meantime there's usually workarounds (although they're normally not as dynamic in their nature, obviously) For instance, multiple shapes with conical fills could reproduce the image above, or if you were sure of the colours then you could just make a textured brush from a linear gradient and then apply it to the stroke. Hi, The multiple shapes workaround was what I did in the image, just to keep it simple. Soon I will post in "Share your work" a car rendering where the shapes are much more complex, where curvable gradients would have been so nice :) With all the other great UI solutions you have managed in AD so far to make it simple to use, I am sure you will find a great way to do this also ;) !
