reck
Hello, I have all my photos stored on Microsoft Onedrive so wanted to check if it was possible to load and save images directly from Onedrive? If so can I set it as default? Another question regarding loading images, unless i've misunderstood you can't load files that are stored on the iPad (photos) is that correct? Seems a bit strange. Staff MEB Posted June 12, 2017 Staff Share Posted June 12, 2017 Hi reck, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Yes, it does support OneDrive. As far as i know there's no way to set a specific cloud service as default. It will open the iCloud Drive. You can load files directly form Apple Photo on your iPad but they will be imported as JPG's, not RAWs. To use RAW files you have to import them from a cloud service. reck
OK thanks for very much for the answer. I don't use iCloud at all so hopefully it will have the option of allowing to set your default cloud provider in the future as i'm sure there's plenty of people using OneDrive, Google drive etc for their photos. Thanks
Staff MEB Posted June 12, 2017 Staff Share Posted June 12, 2017 Hi reck, Just to clear this: although you can't set OneDrive as your default cloud service you can still access it thought Affinity Photo for iPad. When importing a file using the Import From Cloud button, tap the Locations button on the top left of the interface to enable and access other cloud services. Fly-Boy
To use RAW files you have to import them from a cloud service. Are you saying that I cannot import raw files from an attached SD card?
