Tutorial Sound (Affinity Photo for iPad)

I have just bought this product and not having used it I decided to learn from the tutorials. Having paid £19.99 I was surprised to find that I cannot get any sound. My 9.7 iPad Pro produces sound for videos in iPhoto, BBC iPlayer and YouTube so what is the problem with my new Affinity photo?

Hey BazHind, I've just posted in a similar thread - could I check which iPad model you're using? Also could I check whether you're watching the actual tutorial videos or the Interactive Introduction? If it's the latter, that's not supposed to have any sound. If it's the tutorials, then I'm trying to find a common link between people who aren't getting sound. Thanks!

It appears that it was the mute button in the command centre as suggested elsewhere. As other videos weren't affected I didn't think to look there. Thanks for the suggestion

Hi Baz,

 

In light of the problem apparently being easily solved, would you be willing to reconsider the review you left on the App Store? We take pride in our customer reviews and feel a 1* review left as a result of this isn't an entirely fair assessment of the app.
