Affinity photo 1.5.2 windows does not respond

Hi !

Under windows 7 affinity photo no longer responds. I uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled, nothing done.
Cleaning the PC with antivirus, defragmentation, etc.
Affinity opens but does not respond when using any function
What to do ?

Affinity s'ouvre mais ne répond pas lors de l'utilisation de quelque fonction que ce soit

Could you try a CTRL run up and reset the program please, hold down the CTRL key open your Affinity App, when the clear user data appears click the clear button, if you still have the same issue repeat but click the select all and then the clear option.

With the reset you do lose any customisation but not your files you are working on, as the program was not responding uninstall and reinstall would have most probably lost the custom settings so a reset was all that was left, this reset the app data which looks like it has worked was the only option left to get the App going.

 

Your working files will still be on your PC wherever you saved them corinth, if you are not sure where you saved them do a search using .afphoto for Affinity Photo Files.
