ButchZ
Ive searched the forums but Ive had no luck finding answers or questions on "Reverting to Original Image" When testing certain functions as a Affinity Noob, Ive tried to find the "Revert" to original image erasing all the history all in one shot instead of using the layers/history panel. Is there such a feature or do I have to get accustomed to the history panel use?Any help is appreciated as I relearn some new things in Affinity Photo
Staff MEB Posted May 30, 2017 Staff Share Posted May 30, 2017 Hi ButchZ, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) When you open an image, Affinity Photo automatically creates a snapshot of it in its original state. You can always revert to this state opening the Snapshots panel (menu View ▸ Studio ▸ Snapshots) selecting the initial snapshot (or any other you create manually during the editing process) and clicking the Restore Snapshot button in the panel. This is applicable to both Develop and Photo Personas. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
