American in Paris Posted May 27, 2017 Share Posted May 27, 2017 I downloaded the Trial version and played with it yesterday. I was under the impression that I had 10 days to work with the tool. Today, it told me the trial version was up. ??? I was just getting started. What happened? Can I get the rest of the time (9 more days)? 5? I'm not sure what has happened, but the trial time out has been working for others for a while (it stops working if the clock is wound back or the 10 consecutive days have elapsed) Do you have another computer to try it on? Please uninstall the existing trial and then download a new .dmg file from the links in your emails or these if you have not yet applied for a trial https://affinity.serif.com/signup/trial/designer/ https://affinity.serif.com/signup/trial/photo/ These files are now available, sorry about the hiccup last night when they were not correctly distributed. After re-testing the Lion and Mountain Lion compatibility, this is not resolved by these builds :( .
